º Los Visitadores Fiscales de la Contraloría General de la República son funcionarios de instrucción cuando se trate de los delitos previstos por los artículos 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 162 y 167 del Código Penal. En consecuencia, iniciarán y adelantarán las investigaciones correspondientes hasta dictar el auto de detención, si fuere el caso.
