Art. 129. El tabaco extranjero que se aprehendiere de contrabando se rematará en almoneda pública i distribuirá su producto del modo dispuesto en el articulo 57 de la lei. Este remate se hará por el respectivo administrador de tabacos a quien se hubiere presentado el jenero y de quien dependa el estanco o estanquillo en donde se hubiere hecho la aprehension.
