Asamblea general de accionistas. Composición. La asamblea general de accionistas se compone de los accionistas inscritos en el libro de registro de acciones o de sus representantes o mandatarios, reunidos conforme a las prescripciones de los presentes estatutos y la ley. En las deliberaciones de la asamblea general cualquier persona tendrá tantos votos como número de acciones poseídas o representadas, sin restricción alguna.
