°. Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , modifica el Decreto número 869 de 2016, deroga el artículo 1°, 3° y 4° del Decreto número 1081 de 2025 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
