La persona escogida por concurso será nombrada en período de prueba, cuando se trate de empleado judicial. El período de prueba constituye la última etapa del proceso de selección y es elemento de comprobación y complementación del mismo, el cual tendrá una duración no inferior a dos meses ni superior a cuatro.
