La presente ley rige a partir de su publicación y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias. Para lo no previsto en el presente ordenamiento deberá remitirse a la Ley 734 de 2002 , Código Disciplinario Único. Los procesos disciplinarios que al entrar en vigencia la presente ley se encuentren con auto de cargos continuarán su trámite hasta el fallo definitivo de conformidad con el procedimiento anterior.
