Según sus funciones, los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares se clasifican así:

1.

Ejército:

a)

Combatientes.

b)

Servicios.

2.

Armada:

a)

Cuerpo General.

b)

Cuerpo General Especial. c) Cuerpo de Servicios.

d)

Cuerpo de Infantería de Marina.

3° .Fuerza Aérea:

a)

Oficiales Combatientes de Vuelo.

Tripulantes Pilotos.

Tripulantes Especialistas.

b)

Oficiales de Apoyo de Vuelo.

Servicios.

Técnicos.

Infantería de Aviación.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno clasificará a los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, de conformidad con las disposiciones del presente Capítulo.
