Las divisas provenientes de reintegros de exportaciones de productos manufacturados en cuya fabricación se hayan empleado materias primas, partes o elementos adquiridos en el Exterior cuyo pago se haga por el mercado preferencial, serán liquidados en su totalidad al tipo de cambio de este mercado, cuando el valor de dichas materias primas partes o elementos exceda del 50% del precio FOB puerto colombiano de los artículos exportados.
