° A fin de atender con la mayor rapidez los pedidos de fondos de las oficinas habilitadas para el servicio de giros, el Jefe de este ramo podrá ordenar traspasos entre las mismas oficinas, reservando los fondos depositados en las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional para atender las remesas a las oficinas más cercanas a las capitales en donde tales Administraciones funcionan, o para las eventualidades que ocurran en el servicio.
