Carrera Administrativa. La incorporación a la planta de personal, los nombramientos y traslados que se determinen en el momento de la reestructuración se harán mediante resolución del Superintendente de Valores. En ningún caso la incorporación podrá implicar desmejoramiento en las condiciones salariales de los empleados de la planta anterior.
