°. Requisitos para la presentación de los proyectos . Los proyectos que presenten las entidades territoriales para su viabilización por parte del Comité Técnico de Proyectos deberán, además de cumplir con los requisitos previstos por el departamento para su inclusión en el banco de proyectos, acreditar los requisitos que se definan en la guía de que trata el artículo 14 del presente decreto.
