Auxíliase al Instituto "San Juan Bosco", de la ciudad de Pasto, y con destino a la construcción del edificio para la Escuela de Artesanías y funcionamiento de esa institución, con la suma de dos millones de pesos, los que serán pagados en la siguiente forma:

Quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), durante la vigencia fiscal del año de 1965;

Quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), durante la vigencia fiscal del año de 1966;

Un millón de pesos ($1'000.000.00), durante la vigencia del año de 1967.
