Articulo 90 . Para los efectos del artículo 72 del Decreto 2053 de 1974, se considera que las prestaciones que reciban los trabajadores o sus herederos, corresponden al mínimo legal, en cuanto no excedan de las consagradas en los Títulos VIII y IX del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y leyes que lo adicionan y reforman.
