ARTICULO 27 . Manejo de los Recursos de Cofinanciación. - Los Fondos de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Social - FIS y para la Inversión Rural - DRI, así como FINDETER en relación con el Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Infraestructura Vial y Urbana, manejarán los recursos del Sistema de Cofinanciación mediante contratos de carácter fiduciario. Sin embargo, FINDETER podrá también manejar directamente los recursos del Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Infraestructura Vial y Urbana. Con cargo a los recursos manejados fiduciariamente, podrá contratarse personal para el funcionamiento técnico y administrativo del respectivo Fondo.
