ARTICULO 169 . La Secretaría General tendrá las siguientes funciones

1.

Servir de enlace entre la Junta Directiva, la Dirección General y las demás dependencias del Instituto.

2.

Organizar y preparar las reuniones de Junta Directiva, redactar y autenticar las actas correspondientes.

3.

Custodiar los originales de las resoluciones, convenios y demás actos administrativos de la Junta Directiva y la Dirección General.

4.

Rendir los informes que le sean solicitados por la junta directiva y el Director General.

5.

Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas legales en desarrollo de las actividades administrativas del Instituto.

6.

Refrendar con su firma los actos del Director General.

7.

Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas por el Director General que guarden relación con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
