- PROHIBICION DE DESEMPEÑAR MAS DE UN EMPLEO O DE RECIBIR MAS DE UNA ASIGNACION. Nadie podrá desempeñar simultáneamente más de un empleo público ni recibir más de una asignación que provenga del tesoro público, o de empresas o instituciones en las que tenga parte mayoritaria el Estado, salvo los casos expresamente determinados por la ley. Entiéndese por tesoro público el de la Nación, el de las entidades térritoriales y el de las descentralizadas (Constitución Política, art. 128).
