Artículo décimo. El Rector de la Facultad será nombrado por el Ministro de Educción Nacional de una terna que elaborará el Consejo Directivo. Para ser Rector de la Facultad se requiere una experiencia mínima de cinco años en educación media, o de dos en educación superior, y poseer uno de Leo siguientes títulos: Doctor o Licenciado en ciencias de la Educción; Contador Público Juramentado.
