°. Ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto aplica a las personas que dejen de ser madres comunitarias y sean beneficiarias del subsidio de la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, en los términos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 164 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, por acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 3° del Decreto número 605 de 2013 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
