Cédense al Municipio de Puerto Colombia, en propiedad, las obras construídas por el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales, para dotar del servicio de agua a dicha población. Esta cesión tendrá efecto inmediatamente después de que quede suspendido el servicio del Ferrocarril de Barranquilla con los muelles de Puerto Colombia, por causa de los nuevos servicios del terminal marítimo de Barranquilla.
