Causal de Terminación unilateral del contrato. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales y las demás a que hubiere lugar, cuando se evidencie que el concesionario ha efectuado apuestas fuera del sistema sin haber solicitado autorización de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, será causal de terminación unilateral del contrato.
