Art. 5º. La moneda de que trata este decreto será de obligatorio recibo en los Lazaretos de la República y su circulación estará limitada al radio que se determine por el Ministerio del Tesoro, de acuerdo con la Junta General de Beneficencia. La moneda que se trata de hacer circular fuera de ese radio, será decomisada por las respectivas autoridades.
