º. Para aumentar el capital de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial se destina la suma de $ 500,000, que se tomará del fondo de emergencia previsto en el contrato de 12 de diciembre último, celebrado con el Banco de la República, siempre que lo consienta la Junta Directiva de dicho Banco.
