Las Administraciones de Hacienda enviarán a la Tesorería General de la República, por el último correo de cada mes, un computo de las entradas probables y de los gastos que tengan que cubrir en el mes siguiente, y le darán, además, aviso telegráfico de los totales de ese computo.
