Artículo tercero. Autorízase al Departamento de Antioquia (Ferrocarril de Antioquia), para vender la finca denominada "Satapia", y para ceder el producto total de dicha venta a la Secretaría de Agricultura del Departamento, con destino exclusivo a la instalación de la Planta de Cal Agrícola.
