Los pobres de solemnidad no están obligados a hacer uso en sus gestiones judiciales del papel sellado ni de estampillas, después se obtenida la declaración de tal calidad. La actuación conducente a alcanzar dicha declaración se extenderá en papel común, siempre y cuando que no tenga otro objeto y que se siga breve y sumariamente.
