Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el Decreto número 55 de 2007, el artículo 18 del Decreto número 515 de 2004, el Decreto número 1024 de 2009, los artículos 49, 50 y 51 del Acuerdo número 415 de 2009 del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
