° La fuerza pública hará a los restos mortales de quien fue Presidente de la República los honores que previene el Capítulo I del Título IV del Código Militar ; la bandera nacional permanecerá izada á media asta en los edificios públicos, las Bandas militares darán retretas fúnebres en el atrio del Capitolio Nacional, y los empleados públicos y miembros del Ejército llevarán luto por el término de diez días.
