Artículo decimosexto. Las deducciones que hagan las empresas aportantes a sus afiliados por concepto de cuotas, aportes u obligaciones a favor de "CAXDAC", serán canceladas dentro del mismo término y bajo la misma sanción fijados en el artículo anterior.
