Art 2o. Igualmente se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para que pueda facilitar un local que sea a propósito para que tenga lugar en él la Exposición proyectada, siempre que se estipule con Gaibrois que la entrada a dicha Exposición sea gratuita para los visitantes.
