° De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 3267 de 1963, los bienes adscritos o destinados a los servicios de telégrafos, forman parte del patrimonio de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, los correspondientes a correos o que pertenecían al extinguido Servicio de Giros y Especies Postales, al de la Administración Postal Nacional, y los de radio y televisión al Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión.
