La persona que demuestre interés jurídico podrá denunciar ante el Superintendente las irregularidades o violaciones legales que se presenten en cualquier sociedad. Para tal efecto, hará una relación de los hechos lesivos de la ley o de los estatutos y de los elementos de juicio que tiendan a comprobarlos. La Superintendencia adelantará la respectiva investigación y, de acuerdo con los resultados, decretará las medidas pertinentes.
