Artículo segundo. Con la única finalidad de financiar el aporte a que se refiere el artículo precedente, autorizase a la Tesorería General de la República para entregar al Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico hasta la suma de dos millones setecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 2.750.000.00) moneda corriente, en Bonos de la Deuda Interna Nacional Unificada -DINU-, títulos que en la actualidad se encuentran en depósito y se hallan contabilizados en los activos de la Tesorería.
