° Modificar el artículo 1° del Decreto número 590 de fecha 16 de marzo de 1990, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 1° A partir del 17 de marzo de 1990 y por el término de siete (7) días, comisiónase al doctor Eduardo Díaz Uribe, Ministro de Salud, con rango de Embajador en Misión Especial, para que se traslade a la ciudad de Windhoek, con el fin de asistir a la Ceremonia de Independencia de Namibia”.
