Control de la calidad . La vigilancia del control de la calidad de los medicamentos homeopáticos se realizará por el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, con sujeción a las normas sanitarias aplicables al momento de la solicitud y a lo previsto en el presente decreto.
