Hasta tanto el Ministerio de Educación Nacional promulgue los programas sobre Enseñanza Media Comercial, los planteles están en la obligación de adoptar un programa provisional en cada materia, copia del cual deber ser enviado a la Sección de Educación Comercial del Ministerio. Para las asignaturas que también corresponden adoptarse los mismos programas del bachillerato.
