Art. 7°. El derecho de registro que debe pagarse por los títulos de propiedad de las minas es el mismo que con la denominación de Derechos de títulos se menciona en el Código de la materia.

Este derecho no corresponde a los Departamentos y continuará cobrándose en las capitales de ellos por el respectivo Administrador Nacional.
