Frecuencias y redes. Al término de la concesión revertirán al Estado las frecuencias radioeléctricas asignadas para la prestación del servicio concedido. La reversión de las frecuencias no requerirá de ningún acto administrativo especial. El Gobierno Nacional tendrá derecho preferente para adquirir las instalaciones y equipos que el concesionario haya establecido para la prestación del servicio concedido, para lo cual tendrá la oportunidad de igualar la mejor oferta recibida.
