El empleado que haya desempeñado un cargo de carrera en calidad de provisional, podrá participar en igualdad de condiciones en el concurso del respectivo empleo sin que se le puedan exigir requisitos diferentes a los que acreditó al momento de tomar posesión de aquel cargo .
