Los Bancos estarán obligados a vigilar la inversión de los prestamos que concedan en cumplimiento de este Decreto pudiendo contratar este servicio de vigilancia con la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, con Institutos de Fomento Agrícola o Pecuario, o con Institutos Gremiales. Los gastos que demande el servicio de vigilancia serán por cuenta de los prestatarios.
