Los Notarios están en la obligación de expedir a los usuarios recibo de los valores que de ellos perciban por los servicios que los mismos presten o por las sumas que reciban por cualquier concepto. La. Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro podrá elaborar formatos para estos efectos, y señalar quienes están obligados a usarlos.
