Docentes con derecho a la pensión de jubilación. Los docentes nacionales y nacionalizados que adquirieron el derecho a la pensión de jubilación antes de la expedición de la Ley 91 de 1989 y que acreditaron este derecho, quedarán afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, siempre y cuando tal calidad no haya sido reconocida por otra entidad de previsión social.
