En el caso de oposición, si esta se declara infundada, debe ejercitarse el derecho de compra dentro del término de los tres días siguientes al de la ejecutoria del auto, si éste no se apela, o dentro de los tres días siguientes al de la llegada del expediente al Juzgado a quo, en caso de apelación.
