º Modifícase el artículo 7º del Decreto reglamentario número 2862 de 1968 por el cual se reglamentó la Ley 64 de 1967, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 7º Los bienes muebles o inmuebles que a cualquier título adquiera el Fondo Vial Nacional ingresarán al patrimonio de la Nación y serán administrados por el mismo Fondo".
