Competencia . El reconocimiento de la personería jurídica y la autorización de funcionamiento a las sociedades de gestión colectiva de derecho de autor o de derechos conexos, serán concedidas en un solo acto por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor, mediante resolución motivada y previa concurrencia de los requisitos establecidos en la ley y en el presente decreto.
