Art. 3.° Igualmente se autoriza al Jefe Civil y Militar del Departamento del Cauca para aprobar de manera definitiva los remates y contratos consiguientes que celebre el Agente Fiscal en desempeño de sus funciones, requisito sin el cual no tendrán valor ni efecto los instrumentos otorgados por éste.
