º . Fracaso de la audiencia. De no lograrse el acuerdo de acreedores internos para la reactivación de la entidad, el liquidador deberá proceder a la devolución de aportes, a dar cumplimiento a las previsiones del artículo 121 de la Ley 79 de 1988 y a la terminación de la existencia de la persona jurídica.
