Cédanse al Estado soberano de Panamá los derechos que la Nación pueda tener sobre las ruinas i el terreno conocidos con el nombre de " Panamá la antigua," en el Estado mencionado.

Parágrafo

El producto de la anterior cesión se destina a favor de la instrucción popular.
