ARTICULO UNICO: Estarán exentas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1.961 de toda clase de gravámenes nacionales, departamentales y municipales, incluyendo en de la valorización, y de control de arrendamiento las edificaciones urbanas destinadas a habitación, construidas entre la fecha de este decreto y el 30 de junio de 1.954, que ocupen un área no mayor de 150 metros cuadrados y en cuya construcción sin incluir el valor del terreno se invierta una suma que no exceda de veinticinco mil ( $ 25.000.00) pesos. Este Decreto rige desde su expedición y quedan suspendidas todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. COMUNIQUESE Y PUBLIQUESE,
