repeals ley 79/22

Derógase el artículo 1º de la Ley 79 de 1922 ; queda reformado el artículo 3º de Ley 36 de 1923 .

Parágrafo

Para los efectos del pago del impuesto sobre la renta establecido por la Ley 56 de 1918 , del total de la renta gravable de cada contribuyente, se deducirá la suma de $360 anuales, por los cuales no se pagará impuesto.
