º . El cupo de emisión de "Títulos de Tesorería -TES- Clase B" autorizado por el artículo primero del presente decreto que no se haya utilizado para realizar pagos correspondientes a la vigencia presupuestal del año 2000 podrá ser utilizado en el año 2001 para atender las reservas presupuestales correspondientes a la vigencia del año 2000 y en todo caso se entenderá agotado el 31 de diciembre del año 2001.
